Good questions, but "No, not necessarily...". What I'm looking for is a Partner [message title] TO WORK WITH (and capital is good, obviously). The terms of any particular arrangement or relationship need to be flexible and defined by the dynamics of that situation, including the wants and needs of the parties involved. Clearly there are (and should be) a myriad of possibilities and it's really up to people with a substantial interest in exploring prospects for their technological edge and an advantage in high-frequency advanced analytic, automated and semi-automated, trading to discuss what if scenario's.
