Hello all, I've been contemplating getting a biofeedback system for what feels like 10 years (thanks to Brett Steenbarger), but I have absolutely no personal experience with them and they all seem to sound very similar by simply reading the reviews online. So.... I'm reaching out here in hopes that some users have extensive experience with some of the program options that are out there. If anyone has any thoughts or suggestions here I would greatly appreciate hearing them... thank you.
