Thanks drownpruf! I am considering this; or rather, after newwurldmn's + Martinghoul's insights into the institutional space, I will have to consider this! SPY options' liquidity is indeed a boon.
UBS is only slightly inside that 47x53 indication, so it's really not bad. You should only be trading digitals on a minute or daily basis, as a weekly exchange listed vertical will generally be tighter than OTC. be warned that cantor's entry is very new and there is no size yet. I cannot see any algo markets (Cantor as counter-party) so it may not be viable. I am wiring some cash in this week and will let you know. The granularity is from 5-minute to 24H. Here's the daily activity report. Almost nothing traded. I don't know how they think they'll get it off the ground w/o Cantor making mkts: http://www.cantorexchange.com/PDFs/EOD/20130829.aspx
Now he just has to show some restrain and not get caught up in the moment. Maybe count to 10 and let things cool off before he replies to a post.
Shopster, I am going to turn you into a hand-puppet, you geriatric piece of shit. I have no idea who you are, other than some sick phuck who threatens children. I am going to be on your ass like white on rice. I am not going to let-up until you're in prison or euthanized.
I'm not Shopster, mods can confirm that if you like. Jack_Larkin cleared that up already and I'm sure he PM'd you about his error, he deleted his post explaining the mix up. And the mods can also confirm that I do not use the PM feature - Ever.
Clearly no daytrading for OTC options. What's the shortest time frame an ibank willl allow you to "buy and hold"? Thanks in advance.
