Overheard just now while watching the football game in a Manhattan pub, from a lawyer dressed in a suit and tie on a SUNDAY! He mentioned BofA, JPMorgan and Citigroup. I have no idea why he mentioned those three, but "criminal" prosecutions will take place. Woahhh! Cheers, BP
don't get tooo excited. this lawyer was wet dreaming. Paying off his large mortgage clouded his mind rather quickly and started believeing in miracles.
JPMorgan and BofA were never really involved in the LIBOR stories that much, so this sounds like bullsh1t.
