Excel spreadsheet to calculate 13-column performance table & drawdown for CTA

I was looking for an Excel spreadsheet to calculate 13-column performance table and drawdown for emerging CTA.

I found http://www.nfa.futures.org/compliance/samplePerformanceGuide.xls in NFA web-site.

But it only has 9-column.

Does any one have an Excel spreadsheet which can calculate 13-column performance table and drawdown? Or do you know where I may be able to get one?
