hi, i do a lot of scanning with several tools. now i´d like to export streaming data from RT3 to Excel, which actually should be no problem (i know several guys who have also both programs connected, but even they dont know a solution to my problem). i get the data out of RT into Excel but then it simply wont stream! i dunno why it isnt working. everything seems to be correct. thx for ur help, kev //
I'm not exactly sure what features you are or are not using but if you haven't, take a look at using the Talnet feature of Realtick. It's pretty straight forward setting up the links in Excel to Realtick. Basically, once you have a list of stocks in a spreadsheet, you run Talnet then run the Realtick tools in Excel for streaming data. Some of the basic data I use is current price, open, high, low & previous close, although there are other parameters to choose from. Hope that helps.
