Arthur's father was born in Ireland .I guess because he's white he never had the conspiracy crowd questioning his citizenship during his Presidency Funny how history repeats itself.Just like Author finished out his Presidency,so will Obama Also funny how Obama was rumored to be born in Kenya,Aurthur was rumored to be born in Canada .Funny that Arther may have held duel British citizenship just like Obama LOL "Chester A. "We the people will not allow our Constitution to be hijacked...." Really? Seems the law givers have done exactly that. And as the authority, deny to cry foul on themselves... Seems nothing short of MILLIONS of Americans marching on Washington, carrying signs, will have impact upon our legislature.
What we know for sure, is that if he was born out of the country, Obama is NOT a natural born citizen. Doesn't matter whether a law was changed about how long his mother had to reside past the age of 14 or anything else. Because a <i>citizen</i> is not the same thing as a <i>natural born citizen</i>. It has never been ruled upon whether someone who has been born within the US with only one US parent is a natural born citizen. But, the same logic would have to apply as to one born outside the country, if you take the time to see what that logic is.
