You will know the time of the announcement by watching the charts. In the past they have come out early, probably 'cuz they're hungry after all that hard work they've been doing. I don't have a clue which way the market's gonna go, and have learned the hard way not to fool around with these days. I do know it will go up and down, just not sure in which order.
Yeah, right? I learned awhile ago that Fed days are WAYYY too unpredictable, and putting on a position was just gambling. But if that's your thing, go for it. Not mine anymore, trying to make money these days, and keep it.
Some wide spreads on some of the ETFs I am watching.... Still no announcement at 2:22pm, very unusual....
All I seemed to notice were headlines about Moody's downgrading 3 major banks (BAC, WFC, C) with the comment that the FED would be less likely to accommodate failures. Kind of odd timing.
