Panel advises against PSA cancer screening
By Liz Szabo, USA TODAY Updated 5/23/2012 4:54 PM

Doctors should no longer offer the PSA prostate cancer screening test to healthy men because they're more likely to be harmed by the blood draw — and the chain of medical interventions that often follows — than be helped, according to government advisory panel's final report.

I`d like to disscus FBO phenomena, which occurs pretty often. If someone is interetedin sharing his KNOWLEDGE in this topic, chime in.

Please see the attached. This is a common occurance, which i encounter again and again, but ccannot spot the reason so far.In this particular example, volume was rising, but there was an end of the bar as well.Is it the reason,or maybe something else?

Sorry i didn`t capture volume, but i did it handwritten in ''Paint''.

  5. In real time what you would see is the current volume bar building. The last bar was black, so we know this bar is b2 something. So, WMCN?

In this example as volume builds you can see prorata that the volume of this bar is going to exceed the volume of the last bar. That means it must now be continuation or change and we now must look to price to find out which.

An FBO consists of an IBGS in which means instead of going from to b2r in three segments, we go from b2r in only two. The fact that this happens against a trend line is what defines the FBO. Enter on the close of the current bar or wait for an IF2 event on the next bar.

Thanks, but i didn`t get anything what you meant...

It WAS the real example,it was just a few hours ago.The bar was forming, and it was a long translation(''A'' case in the clean sheet),so rose the prorata and volume. As the bar approached the rtl,it then breaches the bar and so it was BO,but then it reversed down touched the rtl`s upper side and closes above rtl.It was the end of the bar when it reversed,so i wonder if this might be the case.Next bar was white(meaning red) and the overlapping began. It breached rtl from the uper side and went futher down.

In summary, the bar was forming SYM>>LONG translation, prorata was above previous bar and the same color, then was BO of the rtl.So why it won`t go futher after the BO,and turned to the FBO?

  7. This where the IBGS occurs. traders in that time frame decide intrabar to change rather than continue, and it could be for any reason.

Okay. The intrabar changes is the main concern,as it could change and go the other direction within the forming bar and this change could be devastating.Sometimes it could go the other way 2-3 points in a matter of seconds.I believe the time involved when such phenomena occurs.

Another concern is Outside '' The Starnge attractor" Bar.I can grasp the concept where the OB is '' always 2 points in a pattern''.could anyone clarify a bit?2 points where, when, under what conditions? The inside bar may follow the OB,where in this case these 2 points?2 subsequent OBs may occur, where these 2 points in this case?

  10. You don't know which is point one and point two on an outside bar till point three is made.
