Ewj: elliott wave

Discussion in 'Technical Analysis' started by mu200411, Aug 13, 2007.

  1. Status:
    The rest of short "Long position" closed after open when there was a lower low, opened again after -50,-5,-10 when there was a higher high, reversed at wave five at +100, +10, +20, reversed again at -100, -10, -20, then closed at +200, +20,+ 40 when there was a lower low.
    Hold long "Long position".
    Strategy:
    Prepare to enter short "Long position" again when there is a higher high.

  2. Next dip or next bounce is a good buying opportunity.

  3. +200, +20, 40 target reached. Prepare to reverse position when there is a lower low.

  5. Just something to think about in this A-B-C X A-B-C configuration . . .

    C=A at around 1440 SPX ( measured-move )

    C= 1.382(A) at 1490 SPX

    C= 1.618(A) at 1520

    :)

  6. Sometimes it is crystal clear, other times it is blurred.

    Status.
    Short "Long position" entered and reversed as said and reversed again at the double bottom after -70, -7, -14 points retracement.
    Now hold "Long positions".
    Strategy.
    Reverse short term position if there is a lower. Hold if the Market continues advance. Same target as before.

  9. Fifth of fifth wave at 02/01/08 high may be good short, i.e., a Bull Trap. Target -150, -15, -30. After that an up move of +350, +35, +70 may follow.

    Please note my analysis only shows our decline from the October 2007 high, in order to clearly label each wave. A longer term count may be requested.
    After each trading day, I will add a new chart with comments and projections underneath, so you can watch each Elliott wave unfold. The top and bottom charts are always live, showing the latest data.

    Thanks for the votes and kind emails.

    Interesting! :D
    His count is the same as one of my alternative count. :cool:
    October 2007 high is the end of Minor wave IVb]c)5. And we are going down as Minor wave IVc]1)1-2-3-4?. He will have to discard this count if 12766 is broken, and so will I.
