Wrong. Masking is a form of submission and subjugation and slavery and stupidity.
    Shit doesn’t work.

Those lone wolf mask wearers are the best of us. They are not only protecting themselves but they are protecting you and your grandma. We should all aspire to be as safe and scientifically enlightened and caring as them.

It’s really about distribution of scores among the various demographics and median rather than average when it comes to test scores. But no, it’s about long term outlook and blue states simply produce better educated people who are more successful throughout life.

  3. Not on the dem plantations they do not.

Total fail. But as discussed, you only recognize that demographic to take down off the shelf at election time.

A lot of people have woken up. That’s a good thing.
    Some will never wake up.
I decided long ago that their institutionalized hypochondria would never effect me or my kids.

In a way masking is a form of submission. Sure. You submit all of the time though. Shirt shoes, tax filing, etc. It’s just I don’t see it as being worth the beef. For me, my line is at the schools. There is where we can find actual harm having occurred from covid policies.

  6. In dem schools every possible form of harm can be found. Masks may be an issue for you but if the teacher is consulting with a young girl about whether she might want to have her tits cut off, no prob.

You’re living in lala land. For example, NJ is on par with Japan in terms of education whereas Mississippi is on par with Russia. I think NJ has the 5th most “diverse” population too. So you don’t get to play that race card. It’s about leaderahip and investment.

But education comes through in almost all areas in quality of life. Whether it’s income, life expectancy, employment, crime, health, blue states by and large have better outcomes than red states. And yes it’s all about education. If your state is t investing in education then your state is going to have a grim outlook.

No. My issue is not masks in schools. As I said it’s an inconvenience at most. My issue is remote learning. We simply cannot have that again.

As to all of that other stuff again, I have kids in school for almost 2 decades. Never have we ever run into any issues that you claim to be prevalent.

Certain people boast about Florida's "great Covid policy" -- ignoring the fact that Florida ranks number 1 in Covid deaths both raw and per-capita since April 2021 when the vaccine was widely available. Currently 3.4% of all deaths each week within Florida are due to Covid -- leading the nation by a large margin.

DeSantis also boasts that Florida is the "education state". Let's take a look at where Florida really ranks.

This is your reminder that DeSantis' Florida is ranked in the bottom 5 in education in the U.S. in nearly every survey, ranking and statistic (e.g. SAT scores). Recent surveys have Florida ranked dead last in the U.S. For example - Florida has the “lowest math score in the U.S. at 50 points below the benchmark.”

It’s good we agree on some things.

I can’t agree that forced masking is akin to paying taxes. It’s a false equivalence. you pay taxes - you might as well mask.
Where it is similar, however - I do whatever I can to fight paying excessive taxes - just like I did with coerced face covering. I just never masked and refused to play along with anyone who insisted. And I will continue to do so.

I’ve never even entered a place without shoes or shirt and wouldn’t want to.
