They too are grasping at straws.. there is a rule of thumb regarding what kills an economy completely, that is over 50% tax to gnp ratio and 20% interest rates... I believe that BO Pelosi and Company are mad socialists so the tax to gnp rule will be violated and the move away from Treasuries to corporate bonds will ensure that the lending rate rule will also be broken... it's pretty much of a perfect storm... hang on to your assets for dear life, it's going to be a rough ride...
