What in the hell are you talking about? What jury? It is not a story! The press release is referring to a NASA peer reviewed study published in the Journal of Glaciology. This is the most recent study that has been published regarding ice mass in Antarctica. You have never needed a jury wrt the various studies that you have posted previously that go along with your religious belief system.

How many times have you called people stupid and claimed people were lying when they stated that Antarctica was decreasing in ice mass? Who is the one that is stupid and lying now?

    Link to study: http://www.ingentaconnect.com/conte...ings_jog_15j071;jsessionid=jvp5b21wuxo6.alice

What you really mean is that you have not gotten the instructions from your overlords on how to spin this study. I am sure once John Cook comes up with whatever bullshit spin he can pull out of his ass that you will copy and paste it here as fast as you can. Obviously, you are incapable of coming up with your own spin.

You said, "And you DO realize this in no way shape or form shows that the earth is not rapidly warming."

The global warming alarmist have been hanging their hat on Antarctica decreasing in ice mass and therefore contributing to sea level rise for years as proof of global warming. Well, as it turns out the complete opposite is true. Antarctica is increasing in ice mass and decreasing sea levels by .23mm a year.

    Quote from article:

“The good news is that Antarctica is not currently contributing to sea level rise, but is taking 0.23 millimeters per year away,” Zwally said.

So at a minimum, this is a perfect example of why I and others are skeptical of climate science. Not only is it an example, this study validates why we are skeptical.

Futurecurrents, you could die tomorrow and rest in peace. No need to bother with these clowns anymore:

The fossil-fuel free future of mutual funds
The value of sustainable business opportunities could reach $10 trillion annually by 2050 — 4.5 percent of the world’s projected GDP: Morgan Stanley

"Investors are hungry for socially responsible mutual funds, and lately, it's the ones that avoid fossil fuel stocks getting the most attention. It's a trend that has gained momentum over the last few years. Why? There's a $100 trillion global sleeper risk behind the moves to fossil fuel-free investments..."

So Fraudcurrents doesn't need to bother with us clowns because some capitalist on Wall Street want to take advantage of morons who believe in the religion of climate science so that they can earn so fees. Got it.

  5. Ummmm yes this latest study still needs to be looked at and yes the earth is still gaining heat without pause.....in fact it is accelerating

and have you shown that CO2 is not a greenhouse gas yet? You seem to missing the point.

    1. Our oceans have been warming since the last ice age
    2. Is anyone explaining how co2 is leading ocean temps when it is actually change ocean temps which lead co2?

this chart from NASA give you an idea... that ocean warming and sea level rising is most likely indistinguishable from natural variation...

Looked at by who? It is a peer reviewed study. It has been looked at.

  9. Peer reviewed means SOME peers working for the publication looked at it before publication and found it met the minimum standards to be published, then after it's published the climate science as a whole starts looking at it. Only after some time since publication can it be said to have been reviewed by the bulk of the science community.

Determining the ice mass flux on Antarctica is very difficult. Future satellite missions may contradict this one.

Or in other words futurecurrents will pick and chose which climate information from NASA is acceptable to him and his agenda. Pathetic!
