Thanks, interesting, doesn't include the new current refrigerant for A/C which is R410a but I'm pretty sure the increased forcing from it is less than any of the others. However, it does have a strong GHG effect so the govt is mandating a change from it to one with less forcing potential.
I did notice that there are fines for releasing those gases to the atmosphere. So there you go, I'd wager the fines play a role in reducing emissions. ; )
Yeah, I'm under constant surveilance. Just the other day Mrs Smith filmed me doing something and sent the vid to the FBI. Actually with the cost of "freon" so high it's simply good business to recover and re-sell it.
