yet (in part) because they disrupt circulation greenhouses are still almost always warmer than the outside.
Disrupt circulation... you mean the glass prevents the warmer atmosphere inside from mixing with the colder atmosphere outside?
within Canada where you live and the United States.. how often is the outside air warmer than a the air in a greenhouse. I have never been in a greenhouse in the states which is cooler than outside. I suppose its possible but it is not common. its part of the reason why a greenhouse is not a great analogy for the environment.
More distraction from you. Greenhouses are warmer inside because the glass holds the sun-warmed atmosphere in.
I wonder if experts in geophysics would know about the greenhouse effect? American Geophysical Union "Human‐induced climate change requires urgent action. Humanity is the major influence on the global climate change observed over the past 50 years. Rapid societal responses can significantly lessen negative outcomes." (Adopted 2003, revised and reaffirmed 2007, 2012, 2013)5
Seeing that the experts in the membership demanded that the leadership of the American Geophysical Union resign over their absurd "climate change" statements -- I expect the "experts in geophysics" know quite a bit.
The Climate Change Dept has been closed in the new British gov't headed by Theresa May. Thank goodness a small bit of sanity is creeping in.
A dozen of the AGU's thousands of experts, and ones who work in the energy sector, the latter now caught red-handedly falsifying their own internal research reports for decades.
