Maybe the fish can tell us why global warming became climate change. I wonder if the fish are red on the inside.
Perhaps because, while the planet is warming in the aggregate, the variance is increasing, with some areas getting warmer while others are getting colder. And these extremes are not necessarily occurring in the usual places. However, the overriding average temperature is rising. Because people like you can't conceptualize the aggregate and prefer to limit yourself to anecdotal observation, it is now often referred to as climate change to at least point out the heightened extremes. If you had done your homework, as did the other members of the school of fish, then you would not be lagging behind.
