EURUSD$ - I hope my fellow FX traders took advantage

Any thoughts about the direction in January? European CPI up, US services ISM up fundamental outlook starts to improve both in EU and US

 

Honestly don't know. I'm staying out of the market for the first month of the year.

 

Whatever turbulence there was in about Q3 2019 has not yet materialized. Do you think that was just false noise?

 

EURUSD is one of the worst thing to trade.

It hardly move and when it moves, it moves extruciatingly slowly.
In fact, tree growth rate is faster then eurusd movement.

many MM and trading coaches like to talk about trading eurusd.
Professional traders like to trade things that move like index futures, gold, oil ...

during 2008, it was great trading eurusd.

 

I don't think so but it's possible that we gonna have a mini-cycle of expansion despite that in a bigger cycle we are approaching recession.

 

Very true. A lot of things are possible. And no one can predict.

eur should be banned from trading
I traded it for 12 years.
now I trade gbp

 

the daily range at that time was 400pips
now it is ..zilch!

 

good. gbp has been moving lately due to brexit thing.
But soon, when the dust settles down, gbp will also be untradable
unless there is currency war or equivalent.
