14:04 ET Eurotech (EUO) 1.03 +0.60: -- Update -- To those taking the gamble on this development stage company, it's worth noting that its past financing deals with a firm called Woodward LLC have repricing provisions that could substantially dilute current shareholders. As an example, if the stock price is $0.45 for the next eight monthly repricings beginning Jan 2002, EUO would have to issue 22.07 mln shares to Woodward (the company had 46.9 mln shares outstanding as of Sep 30). The number of new shares to be issued rises as the share price falls, making the total dilution impossible to predict.
