    In Holland (europe) i am not that sure but in st maarten ( netherland antillean) outside europe it is better than good : ZERO taxes on capital gains made outside the country

    In Holland I believe it is also the same. Although France and Germany are trying to get that changed.
    St. Marteen though would be my chice to live ::)
    Any where else you know of ? In Europe ?
