If you have an IB account go to www.sierrachart.com and download the free trial. Subscribe to eurex data with IB ( 8⬠/month) and you can chart dax and eurostockxx providing you leave sierrachart and tws running during trading hours. No historical quotes and the data is snapshot so you will miss some ticks here and there but you will get a good idea off what's going on.
