Hi people, I'm getting ready to switch to trading on the European timeframe, so I was wondering if anyone can help me identifying the most liquid electronic European futures contracts to trade? I know about the Dax. TIA! shraga
thanks Nick, that was a big help! Although it did leave me a bit confused. I was told that the Dax is one of the best contracts to trade. From that page, however, it seems as if it's actually one of the more ILliquid contracts!
IMHO the Bund is the way to go. Huge liquidity, and you get some very nice moves. Not as much noise/bs as you get in the equity indexes.
This depends on your style... DAX is NQ on steroids.. I suggest starting with other contracts Eurostoxx , Bund, Schatz, Euribor
I've been over at this thread http://www.elitetrader.com/vb/showthread.php?s=&threadid=66372&perpage=6&pagenumber=1 reading about how fills and confirmations with Eurex trades has been getting worse and worse. Makes me a little nervous. What do you guys think?
