The ban is on greek bonds, financials, or every stock??

Is there a more detailed explanation for what they are *actually* doing, as the news blurb as written doesn't make sense for debt/CDS markets.

As writtenm, there are TWO bans in there.

- one on naked short selling (presumably of equities)
- one on naked CDS (which doesn't involve naked short selling, per se)
