Eurodollar Futures (GE)--anyone else trading these?

yea....the guys just got back from the floor and said they heard nothin.....

 

Just an interesting comment...a quote from one of the largest locals down there "If I get kicked in the d!@k one more time, I'm done..."

 

speaking to some screen locals recently I get the same impression of the last few days...GE has been so aggressive one minute, so completely dead the next...you get into a trade based on one thing, and all of a sudden nothing happens and there is absolutely no movement...unreal...ah well, roll on Greenspan tomorrow...

 

It looks like I got another spike from Tradestation today. Did anyone else see it too?

 

This is data from eSignal, Globex session.

Looks identical, the time is CET = EST + 6Hrs.

IB chart is not showing that spike. I think some of CME's feeds might be off.

 

futuresource gives me the same spike, but not the two earlier tails.

how sad is this - you show me yours, i show you mine!

 

You have to remember that IB provides a snapshot only (though a very good one).

It easily misses spikes. Biggest one I have seen till now were eleven ticks in the Bund.
