Euro-zone annual March producer prices fall 3.1%

  1. LONDON (MarketWatch) -- Industrial producer prices across the 16-nation euro zone fell 0.7% in March, the statistics agency Eurostat reported Tuesday. Compared to March 2008, prices were down 3.1%. Economists had expected a 0.6% monthly fall and a 2.9% year-on-year decline
