Its so important to wait for the right times to trade. Time of day can be so helpful alone

 

Time of day is very important to my trading rules so I fully agree.

 

It can be the difference between hitting a TP quickly and being out of the market or finding yourself stuck for a period that isnt going to be pleasant

Agreed, it's not to say that moves can't win outside of certain times of day but they certainly move quicker in the first few hours of London and NY opens.

 

Yes you really see the volatility picking up

 

It can be vital when timing is involved and when our TPs can be hit. Really helps knowing the market flow of orders

 

This pair is still so choppy and messy.
