...if you are using IB - anybody else getting this - I have seen this on a few occasions before.
ZN is 26 045 bid in TWS
Bulletin saying some users will lose data - seems to have been sent after the fact. Lose data then lose for a second time. All charts distorted by bad ticks. Lost market depth with am server reset.
HEY IB HOW CAN I GET TO BE ONE OF THE ACCOUNTS THAT IS NOT ONE OF THE "SOME" ACCOUNTS THAT LOSES DATA AND DEPTH?
THIS IS GETTING TO BE TOTALLY UNNACEPTABLE.
They apolagise for any inconvenience their "testing" may have caused. No bulletin warning of second data outage, but what the hell it's only customers money, why should a bunch of IT people care about that.
HEY DON'T YOU GET IT YOUR "TESTING" COST PEOPLE MONEY. I could not see what the hell was going on.
