Don't be sorry. I'm doing okay. I'll let the magic of compounding work for me. A couple percent here and a couple percent there, it all adds up. As long as I look after my capital I can always grab the next opportunity. Good luck with your millions.
Well how much have you lost? 60% of a million is still a pretty nice sum of cash. Calling people names doesn't make it any less true. Gaslighting is getting you to see reality.
No thanks, I don't need luck. But looks like you need it since you're depending on just " couple of percent here and there" Yeah you have fun with that....
Exactly, I don't know what goes through some of these "Traders" minds. If they would stop and read what they are saying, maybe they wouldn't be such losers of trading to begin with. Bitcoin has been deemed 'The best performing asset of the decade' and these losers do not want to trade it because "It goes against the government!" Wow
Gaslighting is a dick move, plain and simple Using a peak price that occurred during a bull market, no shame in being utterly disingenuous I see you're even doing it on "Tesla has topped" FB, PYPL, NFLX, AMZN, ROKU, CZR, you can go anywhere and keep tooting your horns I see virtusa-is-a-liar is trolling and gaslighting a journal when he's well-aware that OP has bought Bitcoin and cryptos at much lower prices before starting the journal I see JackMorgan talking about all crypto investors losing their life savings, when there are many that have cashed out life-changing profits Anyway, this is a long bear market, I'll wait it out until the next bull market which could take a year or 2 or even longer Every once in a while, I'll still point out the assholes even if I get banned
My theory is also that this may be a 2-year or so bear-market (and that's in a best-case scenario). Not expecting any sort of instant v-shaped recovery that the Fed is trying to claim. But a lot depends on what crazy/wacky problem the Fed decides to put its victims into next. Seems there is no end to the mistakes the Fed can make either in our assumptions.
Victims of gaslighting are deliberately and systematically fed false information that leads them to question what they know to be true, often about themselves. They may end up doubting their memory, their perception, and even their sanity. Now I don't believe that I have ever fed you any false information. I'm sure if I have you will point that out. Yes I am attempting to get you to question what you believe to be true. It was not my intention to turn you into a victim, only to question your perception of reality and your sanity. Your perception that buy and hold is superior to trading is the reason you and I have been conversing. I'm not anti bitcoin, if it ever turns around I'll likely trade it, I'm anti HODL!
Your claims that it's always possible to sell perfectly at the top, that is gaslighting Making it seem like people who currently hodl Bitcoins have lost over 60% as if we bought at $69K when in fact most of my Bitcoins cost-basis is much lower Do you even acknowledge the flaw of your argument that someone like Zuckerberg have lost Billions because he did not sell at over $380/share? That's gaslighting when you're always arguing in hindsight
You don't lose anything until you sell at a loss. This is basic shit. If a position goes up 2 million, you cash out 1 million, and the remaining 1 million falls to 300K, and you sell, you make 1.3 million. This is not losing money. Why is this math so difficult? Nobody ever sells at the very tippy-top. Big deal! Whenever these blowhards go on about how much the billionaires make or lose each day, they are doing this solely based on the current unrealized value of their stock assets that day.
