It's kind of like AT&T having a Networking problem with their long-distance service and they ask the FCC to shut-down ALL of the other long distance carriers like Sprint, Verizon, etc., until they get it back up and running. What a crock of crap!
INstinet has a huge conflict of interest in this matter. They shut down their ecn and got the Nasdq to also shut down in order to protect a client. Now they won't reveal who it is or what happened. The cover-up is always worse than the actual deed.
