I can't get the book on their website, the java version has been unavailable for a while and the other realtime version (2sec. refresh)doesn't work . My quote provider doesn't offer it either. I would like to see the depth for SPY,QQQ and SMH. Trying to figure where the ISLD traders have gone. What's the best execution venue for ETF's now?
