ETFs tick size and value

  1. Forgive a stupid question, but I've looked in Yahoo, and Google, and can't seem to find this.

Wher can I find the tick size and value for:
    SPY
    IWM
    QQQQ

The one I was able to find was SPY. It looks like it trades in penny (.01) increments, just like stocks, and is based upon 100 shares. So, a .10 move on one contract would be +/- $10.00, right?

Where can I find the same info for the IWM and QQQQ?

    Thanks!
