I've been with www.highchartpatterns.com for a couple of years and they used to be mostly stocks but have added ETF's for I think the last 6 months. Not sure what kind of ETF's you're looking for though, they usually cover SRS FAZ FAS IYR SPY DIG DUG USO, etc. They're smart and it works for me. If you're a swing trader or position trader then there's a ETF newsletter based on weekly charts at www.maoxian.com but that's for long-term holds. What's your time frame?
