I've searched to see if this topic has already been discussed, but was not able to find anything. Can someone explain to me why there are futures for SPY, QQQQ, and DIA when there are the corresponding e-minies? Just a little confused on what's the point.
I would like to know that too and also why, after establising the SPY futures product the CME <u>did not even support</u> it !!?... and it would be easy for market makers to do so by using the SPY stock as a hedge... the SPY futures, if and when it even trades, has a 8 dollar spread where the SPY has a one dollar spread... pretty useless... would have liked to have seen them support it... good market to test strategies in a cost effective way... cj... _____________ HAVE STOP - WILL TRADE If You Have The Vision We Have The Code
