I often don't agree with Rennick, but respect the fact he doesn't back down from anyone. I could say the same thing about a handful of elders here who I have strong personal disagreements and differences of philosophies with, also. Lastly, I'm never one to underestimate people who have a lot of life experience, even if I don't view things consistently. I've gotten burned underestimating older people with more life experience too many times to make that mistake frequently.
Thanks ByLo, We have exchanged fire in the past, but Fellas this guy has emerged as one of the best posters on ET. Which is why it is an honor to turn over this, the very first ET Townhall meeting to him. Go ahead hit him with everything you got, but if you really want to hear from someone in tune with the Markets, give this Guy a good listen.ByLo, the floor is yours... Rennick out ps. I'm off to the VFW. If anyone is interested we need a Roastee for tomorrow.
Thanks, Pastor Rennick. To make things short and sweet, everyone, grab the ass cheeks, and spread wide, because Big Welfare Stimulus is going to ram a fat 14" tuber up your brownspot. A country that makes less and less, and borrows more and more, and grows government...well, that's not good. Now, if you're a fast and swift trader, with a proven track record, which, from what I've heard is a rarity, but does exist, swing for the fences.... ...everyone else - get into uber defensive mode, lest you die of severe rectal bleeding when Madmax from Thunderdome pays your casa o adobe a painful visit. Lock and load, protect your flank, and most importantly, watch your six o'clock position. We're headed for the choppiest seas since thew 1930s, and if you're not prepared to get primeval, you'll be one in a long procession of beggars.
I couldn't care less what the critics have to say BLSH, you're articles are some of the most interesting, and for better or worse, most professional content this Board is going to be seeing in the foreseeable future. Not too long ago (ie, three to five years) there was a ton of trading material here. Whether people succeeded or failed was irrelevant, there was just a lot of fun stuff. ... those days are long since past, so at least we can get the reality of the (economic) situation in-between these idiotic, waste of time and waste of life flamewars that populate the place.
