  1. But they would still occur.

  2. Just because you don't get my logic doesn't mean it does not follow. You are certainly not the authority of what is logical. Many here would agree.

Please link to what I stated as "known fact". Read it carefully. Take your time.

No more childish than this entire thread, the "quality" of it's posts, and it's author's reaction to every view opposing his/hers.

He's still not an American, and nearly everyone here knows it. But he can whine and rant. It just comes off a lot more like noise than anything of substance. Similar to a lot of your posts, actually! :)

  3. Not really.

Attacks would occur, but if no personal information was given, the attacks could not be personal. An attack on an anonymous person is not personal at all, as they have no personal information to attack.

Someone could state some position, and if they were then called a piece of crap just for taking that position it would show the person responding to the position can't actually refute the position. So would the attack of the person's position be personal? Nope, it would just reveal that the person who did not like the position was not able to attack the position in a winning manner. They couldn't win the argument, so they attack the man. The attacked man knows it is the argument that is actually being attacked, not the man, because the man's argument could easily be a position he doesn't even subscribe to in his real life. It is just an argument he presents...just as lawyers present one side of the case, not a position that they personally have an interest in.

Would it not be great if winning arguments and skill in presenting them were rejoiced around here, and the ones who implement a first line of fallacy attack were the ones condemned and censured?

Oh, the "many would agree" defense.

LOL!!! Too funny. Mob mentality produces logic? What a joke.

So you are denying that you stated known fact. So you didn't state fact at all. You stated our opinion, and being Mr. Moderator that gives you some credibility?

    LOL!!!

No more childish than this entire thread, the "quality" of it's posts, and it's author's reaction to every view opposing his/hers.

The author is attacking teagaggers, not a particular individual. If someone is not a teagagger, they see the logic and humor in this thread. If someone is a teagagger, they feel attacked personally.

It is so clear. If what the author states is false, and people don't take it personally (which they do of course) then why do people get so riled up?

He's still not an American, and nearly everyone here knows it. But he can whine and rant.

Please prove your statement that he is not American, and also prove why if he is not American it is relevant to what he is posting.

Would him being not American make his comments less true or less false?

It just comes off a lot more like noise than anything of substance. Similar to a lot of your posts, actually! :)

A personal dig from you, what a surprise.

I hear his posts as music, you hear them as noise, because you appear to be aligned with the gaggers...

Apparently not, the "mob" did vote in Obama.

Bull Shit, fkstick has attacked practically every individual that has responded.

  6. Did practically every individual you mention politely attack the argument, or did they attack him first?

There have been multiple attacks/rebuttals on his politics.

Why would they need to be polite?

1)Silly question from you, of all people

2)fkstick has become the most impolite offensive poster in the forum

  10. Good question. Someone attacks someone's politics on a political ideological basis only, not on a personal basis.

Why would they need to be polite?

If their personal identity was wrapped up in their politics, they would feel personally attacked...

...but if their identity was not a political position, if their identity was not just some adopted ideological position, there is no reason they could not be polite.
