Because there is more to think about, and there are some non intuitive situations that make the game interesting to me. Plus, I think more people get to participate in Omaha . Hold'em is a grind'em game, at least limit hold'em is. I used to play Hold'em with friends a long time ago, another great game full of subtleties. Either one is fine for no money, but if it is going to be for money, then I prefer Omaha. Sadly, I don't even have time anymore to play the games that I truly love, Bridge and Chess. I had aspirations of becoming a full time professional in the former, then people knocked some "sense" into me. Now I just play the biggest game in town nitro
