Esignal stopped working! Anyone else?

Anybody else have esignal just stop working?

Had to log out and back in 2 times before it started ticking again?

Yes, has happened a couple times recently. If you type in a symbol it gives you all the info up until that time, but it will not update any further. DM is still connected though.

PS. When u call them they always tell you no one else is having problems. Right!

Question: Does your QT platform freeze-up during the trading day?

I am getting a pop-up message: "stocks.exe is shutting down" and the QT platform subsequently closes up. I have to relaunch QT then right-click the IND green button every 20 minutes to refresh the quotes. I am noticing bandwidth drops to < 40.

My cpu usage is listed at 20% only.

Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this problem?
