Odd my Esignal charts today seem to be pretty batty and haven't been able to get on to trade today. I was just wondering if any other users of Esignal have been having problems also?
I have had intermittent problems with data feed. Charts have been fine. Problem started when they updated to last revision back in the springtime. Sometimes my ES data does not chart. It takes numerous reboots to get data to register. What I have found through trial and error, is that data is working fine on other pages, just not the one I'm using. I created a whole new page and that seemed to help. But, now I'm having problems again. Still have not solved the problem. Needless to say, technical support was no help either. After around ten long distance calls, they still have no idea what problem exists. Everything checks normal but I get no data....sometimes. I'm thinking of switching to the new Investor/RT. Anyone have experience with them?
