Esignal problem/question

  1. Very true !

    I forgot about that one.

Perhaps it will be added to "the list" as well.

Looks like that 'Y' axis thing is the choice, for now.

Esignal Support you went right pass this question without answering or stating that it needs reviewing internally. I'm needing the answer as well.

    Thanks in advance.

    Bsulli,

Looks like you're simply leaving the space(s) out (i.e. NQ Z3 - ES Z3 ). This FAQ gives more info and I confirmed this spread works just fine once entered correctly.

Just a reminder. Many more eyes track questions related to our products on eSignal Central.

    Thanks.

Thanks but I tested it twice before posting and made sure that I had a space between each symbol and the dash. I type msft - intc I get the spread. I type esz3 - nqz3 and you get "no data" as the response using 7.4. I can duplicate the problem that the original poster(dbtrader) asked about.

Did it physically work for you when you tested it?

    Thanks in advance.

Yes, it did work when I tested it. You are missing the spaces in the symbols themselves. Our format for futures goes like this: contract code, space, delivery month, last digit of the year (i.e. ES Z3, not ESZ3 ). Add that space in each symbol and it should work just fine.

    Thanks.

Thank you, Duh I know that! lol I just brain locked.

ES Z3 - NQ Z3 worked just fine.

What was I thinking? Should of paid closer attention to your reply. That's what I get for testing things on a Saturday night. :)

    Have a good weekend.
