esignal / eurex problems?

anyone having esignal problems with eurex?

 

What problems?

Works as usual for me.

my eurex data is 30 minutes behind

 

What symbols?

DAX, ESTX, Bund are ok for me.

 

guess its isolated to me. I tried calling there UK tech support but just got stuck on hold.
