eSignal Eurex feed DOWN

I just called them, they confirmed that the whole Eurex feed is down.....

Damn

 

This is the second time in 2 weeks.....last time it was due to a power outage.....

yeah, but there's no backfill for the first 2 hours of the morning....it's still useless for me.....all studies are distorted

That's probably the worst thing about esignal when the feed goes down. They can't bring it back on line with the backfill.

It's a problem with their servers. Last time someone raised it they said they would have it fixed in about a year.

And no I'm not joking. A whole year.
