I can't get 1-minute data from this morning or yesterday, though my charts are updating in real time. Anyone else having this problem?
One of the Tick servers was not functioning properly this morning. We've isolated the offending maching and pulled it from production. All data should be transmitting normally. If you could please PM me your eSignal username, we can look to the connection logs to see if you were connected to this server. Thanks.
had the same issue this am...i logged out...rebooted and all was well...i thought it was my connection...silly me...
