eSignal Down?

  1. Application data is loading very slowly and quote data is not coming across as of 9AM Eastern.

    Getting "No Data" on the reception status on the bottom right of the screen, and even the "system status" window is not coming up to tell of any system issues reported. "Live Rep" is also failing.

    Anyone else having issues?

    tried phoning, was on hold for a long time before I gave up.

  4. I'm having the same problem.

    "NO DATA" in the status bar, charts not loading.
     
  5. took longer than usual today for my applications to open but they seem to be fine now. Guess the real test will be at 9:30

    Account maintenance page on their website doesn't work either

  8. If you wait a while and load another page, the charts appear. However, status bar at the bottom still reads "NO DATA" and charts do not update.

    But hey! At least we'll get another bunch of fancy features in eSignal 10.4. Great, isn't it?
