My annual subscription renews on May 31. On March 31 , I received a letter reminding me of my upcoming renewal in 60 days. In the first week of May , I received a letter dated April 30 telling me they will renew me at my current discount price of $708 on the next billing cycle. I found out yesterday they renewed me at $996. Their customer service rep said the prices went up May 1, but strangely after the other 2 letters they sent, I didn't get the supposed letter informing me of this. And why would they send me a letter with a stated price on April 30, if they knew they were increasing the price the next day? I've been with them many years, but this is the last straw! Tbill
