    CREATE NYMEX DIRECT – OFFERING REAL-TIME QUOTES AND CHARTS

    HAYWARD, Calif. – June 8, 2005 -- eSignal, a division of Interactive Data Corporation (NYSE: IDC) and a leading provider of streaming, real-time financial market data, news, analytics and decision support tools to professional and individual traders, today announced with the New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc. (NYMEX), the immediate availability of a new service called NYMEX Directsm. NYMEX Direct offers streaming, real-time quotes directly from the NYMEX using eSignal’s FutureSource® Java application, FutureSource Xtra. The collaboration gives futures traders access to quotes from the largest physical commodity exchange in the world.
