That is not a normal turnaround time when using email forms, but since this was a direct email to Michael, it may be delayed due to vacation or sick leave. For the fastest email response, I would suggest using our email form. Jay, I used the LiveRep for the first time today with my problem, and it worked well. For those who have never used it it can be found by clicking the Customer Support Tab at the top of your Esignal window, then clicking LiveRep. Once you have finished conversing, click the Window tab at the top of your Esignal and click which ever chart you wish to return to. Jump in here Jay If I got any of that wrong.
