We have not yet expanded the intraday data. We are currently thinking about putting that in a 7.5 release for August. Here are the Data Enhancements for 7.4 to go gold in July:

Expanded Fundamental Data -- A complete offering of fundamentals across all trading instruments.

New Asian/Pacific Rim Data -- Real-time and delayed data from
Australia, New Zealand, Sydney, Singapore and Hong Kong, plus history.

Expanded European/African Data -- Real-time and delayed data from the Italian Derivatives, Athens and Johannesburg exchanges.

World Indices -- 50 market indices from around the world.

    $PREM and $EPREM -- Now updates in real-time (currently every 6 seconds).

Has anyone noticed an improvement in e-signals euro data feed
    lately.

I ask because they are aware of problems and have stated they are working on it.

Symbol limits are supposedly there to keep costs down.

As a futures trader I only watch one or two symbols. Why
    can't I get a sizeable discount for a two-symbol account?

Instead of $50, I should probably be paying $10 or less ...

    Thanks

We have had a few reports of this coming in, and it seems to be linked to older versions of eSignal. I would suggest updating to 7.3 via our download page.

Yes, I contacted customer support, and they recommended that. I upgraded, and it solved most of my problems. However, on a 3 min. chart, but no other time frame I still was not receiving 6/13 data. I was using continuing futures (es #F), I then tried ES U3, and it solved the problem with the 3 min. chart.

  7. Jay,

I am finding that some of the overnight data in the ES contract is missing in Esignal as well. I am using 7.3. build 588.

    See attached 5 minute chart.

  8. Now that I look more closely at the chart of the ES #F I put up, the 6/13 data appears to bee all wrong. It shows a close around 999, while my other data feed shows the September ES contract closing at 989 level. That's aA 10 point difference.

Perhaps there's a problem with how the continuous ES contracts are calculated, as last week was rollover week?

    ITZ,

There is either a corrupt file locally on your PC, or some data missing on one of the historical servers as I'm not able to duplicate this. Please PM me your user name, so I can investigate further.

Thanks for the PM'ing the information. This issue doesn't seem to relate to any particular server or version. Our QA Team has been working on troubleshooting this problem much of the morning, and continues the effort.
