Time to share a timeless classic. I think we've all felt the same way before at least once, if not many times, sometimes over and over again. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vIMwMsY0ndo
I have to say that taking signals (long or short) on a Friday afternoon is never fun precisely because of the potential for a Sunday night massacre or ramp against me. Fortunately, those Friday signals are somewhat rare for me and I end most weeks flat. Not saying that guy got in on a Friday, but he clearly had a position at the Friday close.
I love that video. I read somewhere that the guy had a blog and a following.. a very good reminder to just do all my own due diligence, etc..
He's still around...recovered nicely from that disaster day, profitable and now working for a Hedge Fund or something like that. Hmmm...maybe that disaster day gave him enough publicity that he got noticed and then later someone came calling after seeing how he recovered
highprobability.blogspot.com nothing for a long time I think he blew up twice and then quit trading. but who knows, it's hard to quit trading for good hope he comes back good comedy
I think he's trading on a Sunday night when globex is open but Mon is an NYSE Holiday pretty amateur deer in the headlights syndrome went long because he figured it would go up didn't have a clue what he would do if it didn't one trade at a time is not a very good long term business plan been there, done that
