I have traded SPY for a few year. I have decided to change to Futures or options trading. Please advise which index futures or option moves exactly like SPY/SPX? I always thought it's ES (ESU0) and I have just opened an account with Global Futures today to trade it. Then I found they are totally different. I'm so confused. By the way, I only have a few years proprietary stock trading expense. What it takes for me to trade option or futures? Thanks and regards.
