I really only look at market profile to see if price is moving away from an area of acceptance. Most days I don't look at it. Only when it appears that price might be trying to establish a significant value area either higher or lower. I look at MP to answer the questions 1. What is the market trying to do? and 2. How good of a job is it doing? I only bother plotting the overnight session for the past 5 days. Older than that, I think the RTH session has far more significance. Before adding Globex + RTH, I think I'd add volume. Volume is a bit trickier to add than TPO because I actually need to pull the tick data to do it accurately. Although I could probably pull 1 minute bars and average / weight the volume across the ticks covered during that bar and get a "good enough estimate of volume".
