ES market orders vs limit

    My question is if you get screwed on market orders , and does it matter if you go through fcm or a regular broker. I chose PFGBEST ,
    but they clear through Jeffries '

    Limit is the only way to trade unless you in trouble and looking for a quick exit, market orders is like playing Russian roulette. I am speaking purely from a scalping point of trading.........

    I prefer markets to enter and limit to exit. The proper order type is based on whether your information is time or price sensitive. ES is very liquid. Not sure what you mean by screwed?

    The price can move very quickly.. yesterday it was jumping 1 point pretty quick
